District Nursing Team
The District Nursing Team assess and provide nursing care to patients in their own home. They provide advice, support and care for a variety of conditions and work in close liaison with the practice team and other support agencies.

The health visiting team offers support and health advice to families with babies and children under 5 years on topics such as breastfeeding, postnatal depression, child development and information on local groups.
